Granola scones are perfect for cozying up in front of the fire on a cold day. These beauties were made using an Epicurious recipe for gluten-free scones. The Cherry Vanilla flavor from True North Granola — which was founded by two Vermont teachers — is the addition instead of more traditional blueberries or dried currants. Chilling the cut dough on a baking tray for at least 15 minutes before putting it in the oven yields an airy scone with lots of crunchy surprises.
